Anti-Aging Diary - monthly journey to youth, longevity and fitness from Reverse Aging Now, the anti-aging video.

The good news for May is the bad news as well. My weight stayed stable, despite a shoulder injury that limited my tennis and swimming.

I got a lot of overnight work which left me too drained to work out afterwards. When I was feeling up to it, I still played good tennis and consistently kept swam a 1/2 mile at a time.

As I write this my shoulder has recovered, and my work schedule has clocked around to something resembling a more normal life, so I fully expect to work out more this June. As the ocean warms with the advent of summer, I'll soon be jumping in from the beach for my swims.

I went for a May check up

Blood Pressure 124 / 76

Electrocardiogram - normal

Weight - still down 28 lbs from my peak

Dropping my weight below 200 remains elusive. At least the love handles are gone. As the summer approaches, I should have more time to train for my triathlon.

Keep reading about my quest to reverse aging. If this 52 year old can take this important anti aging step, anybody can. Is it possible to reverse aging? Stay tuned.
