By mid March, I lost another six pounds. In January, I had gotten winded swimming just a quarter mile in the Venice pool, now I was consistently swimming half a mile each session and even did a 1 kilometer swim.

When I began this quest, I couldn't run for more than ten minutes at a time without discomfort. By mid March I had extended it to 33 minutes.

My blood pressure has consistently been within the normal, probably the result of daily meditating, but in a test at the doctor's office, my blood pressure inched downward to 121 /83

Unfortunately, in trying to resume a normal life, I found that I was slipping into old habits again. Not only did the weight loss slow, but a couple of pounds crept back on.I'm only human and temptation is everywhere.

As of this writing, I'm still more than 23 pounds down from my peak, but I've redoubled my efforts and have set a weight goal that I intend to reach by the 4th of July.

I'll update this web site at least once a month with other medical data as I get it, on my quest to reverse aging. If this 52 year old can take this important anti aging step, anybody can. Is it possible to reverse aging? Stay tuned.
