By mid February, I was down to an important psychological turning point. I had lost 20 pounds - and it had only taken 6 weeks. The definition was coming back to my body. Favorite clothes fit again. At 210 pounds, 5' 11" I still have a long way to go, but I've made enough progress for old friends to compliment me. I've had no chest pain since I started to lose weight.

I did allow myself a bit of chocolate on Valentine's Day and have resumed some light social drinking, but my new look is encouraging me to stay the course.

As my weight started to shed, I pushed harder with exercise, swimming a 1/2 mile for the first time since my last triathlon training. I'm still coping with the lingering effects of my tennis injury, so I haven't pushed too hard on my running.

I'll update this web site at least once a month with other medical data as I get it, on my quest to reverse aging. If this 52 year old can take this important anti aging step, anybody can. Is it possible to reverse aging? Stay tuned.
